things are cool...
Blood's about to whip stitch, justin has shown us his bad.
Dad is doing great - really, about all that's changed is he's got him self a cane, and he's a bit thinner than the last time I saw him at home. Great sense of happiness at being with his family (mirrored by Carol and the boys), general crankiness over ... uh, things (drivers?), hopes and dreams of a mowe lawn - you know, he's back to normal.
26, 000 strides, or maybe closer to 25,000 strides. Because mom decided to stop smoking - and that's awesomely cool...
ok. off to warm up ... clapping takes a lot of skill!
